Starting something new

Hello Everyone.

This is the first post, and I promise to keep everything simple.
Everyone visiting my profile would have some questions and I am obliged to answer them.

1. Why am I writing a blog?

• Lets admit - Life is all about sharing. Even if there are only a few listeners,  its still worth sharing your thoughts than simply keeping everything inside. Be it Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, every other platform is all about sharing different parts of our lives. But they impose certain limitations of content that could only be overcome by blogging. 
• I got stuck. I got somewhat dejected. Life, even when success is on your side, feels too much of a routine. Endless cycles of getting up, going through early chores, going to work and slogging it for a whole day, returning back for a quite dinner and then off to sleep. A bit of eating out, partying, sex, affairs and controversy. And rare holidays. That gets you and one needs something for a release. But this blog is NOT about my emotional turbulence. Its about things and hobbies that keep me going. Some occasional rantings may appear, but forgive me for that far future event. For now, I will concentrate on sharing beautiful things that interest me.

2. Why should you read someone's interest and hobbies? Will that enrich you in any way?

It is possible that this blog will just bring some smile to your face, however fleeting that be. It is possible this blog brings some enthusiasm for a new hobby. It is possible some posts will bring a tear or two to your eyes. And it is possible most or all posts will disgust you. I accept every reaction as my dues.

3. What are the topics that I would write about in near future?

A bit about fountain pens, a bit about films, a bit about books, a bit about photography and travel and some miscellaneous thoughts.

4. Something about myself...

I am a doctor by profession. I treat all the beautiful newborns and toddlers and little grown ups. I like everything under the sun except misdeeds and nuisance of my fellow human beings.
